BAHAWALPUR - Bahawalpur DPO Muhammad Faisal Kamran paid a surprise visit to the police stations of Circle Hasilpur on the last night. He inspected front desk, reporting and record room, lockup and other related sections of the police station. He also checked attendance of the staff and record of the reporting room along with cleanliness of the Police Station.
DPO Muhammad Faisal Kamran visited two police stations in Circle Hasilpur on the last night. He paid a surprise visit to Qaimpur and Saddar Hasilpur police stations. On his way, the DPO checked the positions of patrolling mobiles and SHOs and gave instructions on security and crime control. Later, he reached the police station and checked the officer on security duty at the gate of the police station. He ordered the officials to be alert and safe and perform security duty.
The DPO counter-checked the detainees as per the list and said that there was a zero tolerance policy on illegal detention. The SHOs briefed the DPO on the crime situation, serious cases.
He directed the concerned police officers to make it their top priority to resolve the genuine issues of the citizens at police station level. He directed the officers to counter the new trends in crimes through smart and citizens centric policing using latest techniques and skills.
He said that police stations were the face of the department and it should be a top priority to promote merit and provide justice to the citizens. He further said that every complainant visiting police stations was a VVIP and it was mandatory to give him due respect and honor. He further directed the officers and officials to behave politely with the citizens and complainants, dealing with them in professional manner.
