Bahawalpur - On the direction of DPO Muhammad Faisal Kamran, flag march was conducted on the occasion of Ashura Day.
Police and Rangers are also patrolling the district. According to details, on the direction of District Police Officer Muhammad Faisal Kamran, in the context of Muharram and Ashura, the police flag march continued to maintain law and order situation and deal with miscreants with iron hands.
Circle Yazman Flag March was organized under the leadership of P Circle Yazman Ziaullah Khan, Assistant Commissioner Yazman, Patrolling Police, District Police and Rescue 1122 participated in the flag march. Flag march was conducted in different areas of Circle Yazman.
The aim is to ensure fool proof security arrangements on the occasion of Ashura Day for the protection of citizens. On this occasion, DSP Circle Yazman said that foolproof security arrangements have been made during Muharram and Ashura Day.
He said thr sense of security among the people and reiterated its commitment to make Muharram peaceful by expending all its energies, DPO Muhammad Faisal Kamran said in his message regarding the flag march.
Provide foolproof security to processions and gatherings on Muharram and Ashura Security plan has been issued by deploying additional police personnel on the occasion of Ashura while tightening the security arrangements while Rangers has also been deployed along with the police on the occasion of Ashura. All personnel are on high alert.
