According to the prosecution, accused Nasruddin was on his way to Ahmedpur East when he was intercepted, on a tip off, by the officials of the Nowshehra Jadid police station in 2020. The police, after a thorough search of his truck found 121 packets - - one kilo each -- of charas under the seat of the driver.
The Nowshehra Jadid police registered a case under FIR No 580/20, arrested the truck driver and submitted his challan to the court.
