The police conducted search operation in two tehsils of Bahawalpur district in connection with measures being taken to maintain law and order. Bio-metric of 86 persons was carried out by the police. A spokesman for Bahawalpur police said here that following the directives of the Home Department and senior officials, police parties conducted search operation in Yazman and Khairpur Tamewali tehsils where the law enforcers carried out bio-matric of 86 people. The search operation was carried out in Yazman's localities including Noor Colony, Ghalla Mandi and area located near Rangers Headquarters and. In Khairpur Tamewali, search operation was carried out in areas lying close to bus terminal. During the search operation, bio-metric of 86 people was carried out in both tehsils, the spokesman said. Further proceeding was underway.
